Hydra Design Labs — Logo Redesign
Hydra is an independent automotive design and manufacturing studio located in Southern California. Hydra Design Labs offers a team of creative professionals with over 30 years of OEM experience, designing vehicles for some of the world’s top automotive brands.
In this project I had a chance to work on the collaboration of this logo with the Hydra Design Labs team. As a team and in close collaboration, we had the great task of redesigning a logo that had already been established in the automotive market for 12 years. We had the mission of achieving a futuristic result and at the same time attached to the roots of the previous logo.
The new logo brought about a total change in the brand, giving way to a redesign of the website and branding totally in line with the level of its work and therefore generating trust and visual appeal to its potential clients.
This is one of our flagship projects and one of the most important of the studio.

Conclusion
In this project, Extel Media had the chance to work with the Hydra Design Labs team on redesigning their logo. The original logo had been in the market for 12 years, and our goal was to create a new design that looked futuristic while still honoring the old logo's roots. The new logo brought a fresh change to the brand, leading to a complete redesign of their website and branding. This update matched the high quality of Hydra's work and helped build trust and visual appeal for potential clients. In conclusion, this logo redesign is one of Extel Media's flagship projects and one of the most important for Hydra Design Labs. The successful collaboration and the new modern brand identity have strengthened Hydra's reputation in the industry.
